ZS (GS) Industrial Humidifier & Atomizer Introduction

The ultrasonic humidifier equipment features high output in water mist/fog, available selection from 6 lbs/hour to 26 lbs/hour, high efficiency in spraying fine mist/fog droplet 1-10um with average 5 micron, it is silent, low trouble rate, a relative humidity 99% can be achieved. It is equipted with standard water inlet, water outlet cock and overflow outlet, stainless steel body with painting treatment on surface. The ultrasonic humidifier can be classifed into three control ways as following:
1. Manual control system. According to different situations, customers can use single equipment or use multiple equipments working independently. Multiple equipments can controlled either independently or collectively.
2. Digital cycle work control system. The automatic cycle control period is between one minute and ninety-nine hours, Working time and time period can be set up according to user's need. Once it is set up, no worker is needed with its continual operation.
3. Digital humidity automatic control system. The humidity control range is among 1%-100% with error rate of ± 5%. Similarly, it is automatically controlled. Outlet pipe can be reasonably arranged according to user's requirement. Pipe connection should be airtight.

Our ZS (GS)series industrial humidifiers have four types of industrial humidifier based on different fog/mist output and three types based on different control ways and there are two connection ways, single PVC pipe outlet connection(available for 6 lbs/hr and 12 lbs/hr) and double PVC pipe connection(available for 18 lbs/hr and 26 lbs/hr), see picture.

MH series industral ultrasonic humidifier can be controlled by manual or auto mode.

It comes with a humidity sensor that is optional to use, which can be set within 20 - 100%(RH). If you switch the auto control on, the machine automatically begins to humidify when humidity is less than 3% setting parameter and stop when is more than 3% setting parameter. Automatic control precision of the sensor is ± 3% RH.

A MH3(6.6 lbs/hour) unit can be easily expended to a 13, 22 or 33 lbs/hour unit by just adding more mist makers.
In another way, MH series machine also can make less output by using small output mist makers.

Front control panel has two button switches, the one on right is main power switch, left one is humidity auto control switch.
Indicator light is lit in "low water level", and will add water automatically, then the light is out when water reach its working level and water stop getting in.

Back panel has a "Water inlet" cock on top which connects water line.
The "Water overflow outlet" cock below connects a tube or a pipe that leads to your drainage.
Main power cord and humidity sensor come out from the left bottom cornor.

A "L" shaped PVC pipe outlet connector is included.

Four casters(two with brakes) are included for easy moving in setting up.

MH humidifier uses regular tap water. If your local water is too hard then suggest using filtered water.
